RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION: - Manage and develop a team of agents/trainees, ensuring operations run efficiently and handling escalated calls. - Provide feedback and floor support to maximize agent performance in real time. - Conduct coaching sessions (individual, bi-weekly, and real-time for red-flag behaviors) and complete performance development planning. - Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, and coordinate with analysts/team leads on performance feedback. - Facilitate team meetings when necessary.
