REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
- Open to Undergraduates and Bachelor’s degree.
- Open to foreign nationals with a permanent visa.
- 1 year of experience in a coaching or training capacity
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to identify process pain points and provide effective guidance and improvement recommendations.
- Can start as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Manage and develop a team of agents/trainees, ensuring operations run efficiently and handling escalated calls.
- Provide feedback and floor support to maximize agent performance in real time.
- Conduct coaching sessions (individual, bi-weekly, and real-time for red-flag behaviors) and complete performance development planning.
- Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, and coordinate with analysts/team leads on performance feedback.
- Facilitate team meetings when necessary.
