Requirements:

✓ Bachelor's degree required. 3+years of experience in content moderation or data labeling is highly preferred.

✓ Possess strong learning and comprehension abilities, with the talent to translate complex working guidelines and SOPs into language that is easily understood by agents.

✓ Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to identify potential process flaws and propose effective solutions or continuous improvement.

✓ Advanced proficiency in English communication (verbal and written) is required. Chinese (reading and speaking) is a strong bonus.

✓ Willing to relocate to the CDO site
