Overview On-site - Cavite • 1-3 years experience • Bachelor • Full-time Job Description Responsibilities Assist in other facets of the Human Resources Department Submit reports on time Work with people managers across levels to support overall organizational health, promote employee engagement, and drive high-performing teams Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; timekeeping; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field A minimum of 1 year of experience Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Google Sheets) Hands-on experience with HR duties and tasks Understanding of social media sourcing strategies and specialty professional websites Willing to do field work Goal-oriented and displays a sense of urgency Experience doing end-to-end hiring Ability to work independently and as part of a team Maintain and update bulletin boards (birthday celebrants, memos, announcements, and others) Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage industry, but not required Willing to be assigned in Naic, Cavite Knowing how to drive and having a valid driver's license is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
