The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll support, and compliance. This role requires someone who can balance people-focused responsibilities with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Administer employee records, HRIS data, and maintain confidentiality of information. Handle employee relations, grievances, and provide HR policy guidance. Support performance management cycles, including evaluations and feedback sessions. Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities. Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance. Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with labor laws. Support organizational initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
