Monitor account performance through reports, store visits, and trade checks, including promo efficiency and off-take. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Logistics, TMG, Finance) to support operations, product availability, and account receiva Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage. At least 5 years of experience in Modern Trade key account management or customer development. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and account servicing skills. Proficient in sales analysis, trade marketing execution, and budget management. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
