Responsibilities Assist the sales team in preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Process sales orders accurately and promptly to meet sales targets. Maintain customer records in the CRM system, ensuring current information. Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products. Generate sales reports and present insights to support sales strategies. Assist in organizing sales and customer service-oriented events. Monitor market competition by researching competitors' products and policies. Facilitate training sessions for new sales hires on products and processes. Support sales representatives with administrative tasks and documentation. Ensure all sales documents are properly filed and accessible when needed. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance sales processes and policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in a sales support role or similar. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools like Salesforce. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
