Our awesome client, a leading cosmetics and skincare brand based in Australia is looking for an L2 ERP Support Specialist to be part of their team. What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities? Provide Level 2 ERP functional support to end-users across Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Finance operations. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and users to clarify requirements and provide timely updates. Support Sales and Distribution processes within the ERP system. Collaborate with technical teams to assist with ERP integrations and enhancements. Perform data analysis and basic troubleshooting using SQL (no scripting required). Document solutions, workflows, and known issues to improve team knowledge sharing. Actively participate in process improvement and system optimization initiatives. What Are We Looking For? Over 1 year of experience, providing support across Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Finance operations. Industry background in warehouse or sales and distribution is essential. 3–4 years of experience in ERP integrations and functional support, with potential to be trained for Level 3 support. Proficient in JDE functionalities, capable of identifying and resolving system issues. Experienced in Level 2 support, effectively communicating with end-users and stakeholders; basic SQL knowledge is required (no scripting). Proactive, coachable, and analytical, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to reverse‑engineer solutions independently. JDE experience in Sales and Distribution is highly preferred, though ERP expertise in SAP, Oracle, or other broad systems is also considered transferable.
