QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of BS in Accountancy/Management Accounting or any business course. A Certified Public Accountant will be an advantage. Strong organization skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work with a broad range of people. Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases. Good quantitative skills. Excellent management, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. Place of Assignment: 3F Sheridan Bldg, Ouano Ave., North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City. RESPONSIBILITIES Assists the President with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondences; completing accounting related reports; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings. Handles information that is sensitive, complex and confidential in nature in a competent and professional manner. Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs office workflow in the President's Office, including ensuring that timeliness is met. Maintain and monitor financial records. Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings. Preparing financial statements and reports, analyzing ledgers, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and forecasting revenue and expenses.
