QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy/Management Accounting or any business course. A Certified Public Accountant will be an advantage.
- Strong organization skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a broad range of people
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Good in quantitative skills
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Place of Assignment: 3F Sheridan Bldg, Ouano Ave., North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists the President with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondences; completing accounting related reports; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
- Handles information that is sensitive, complex and confidential in nature in a competent and professional manner
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs office workflow in the President's Office, including ensuring that timeliness is met.
- Maintain and monitor financial records.
- Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings.
- Preparing financial statements and reports, analyzing ledgers, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and forecasting revenue and expenses
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the President.
