Job description: Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency is looking for Business Development professionals to join the team. As a Business Development, your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients and pitch the company’s marketing services. You will work closely with Account Directors to hand over successfully signed contracts. Your responsibilities include: Promoting and selling marketing services by implementing effective sales strategies. Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and setting annual sales targets. Projecting expected client acquisition and profit margins for each service offered. Developing field sales action plans and meeting with potential clients to discuss their marketing needs. Setting and adjusting service pricing based on monitoring costs, competition, and market demand. Contributing to the team’s success by achieving related targets and results. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Digital, Public Relations, or a related field. Experience: Open to all experience levels | In depth knowledge of public relations & digital marketing industry Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup. SKILLS: Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver ideas effectively. Independent, proactive, and self-motivated team player. Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to new challenges. Proficient in advanced software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools. Initial Interview: Once you pass the exam, we will schedule you for an initial interview within 2-3 working days after exam submission. Departmental Interview (Second Interview): If you pass the initial interview, a second interview will be scheduled 1 week after your initial interview. Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewer. Final Interview: The last step is the final interview with the CEO | Managing Director, which may take one week or more, depending on their availability.
