Position Title: Product Trainer (Healthcare) Work Set Up: On-site Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35, Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga Quick Rundown We are seeking a Product Trainer to design and deliver training programs, create instructional materials, and coach employees on procedures and performance. The role involves conducting sessions for new hires and experienced staff, monitoring daily operations, providing on‑job coaching, and tracking progress to ensure productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do Develop call center educational materials such as digital presentations, how‑to manuals, and instructional videos. Schedule and conduct training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees. Train experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve performance. Observe the daily operations of call center employees and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with team leaders and managers to conduct on‑job coaching. Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and prepare individual or team progress reports. Create and manage the training budget. Ensure employees maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. Coach and develop trainees' attendance, participation, and performance. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field in the medical/pharmaceutical sector (Required). Preferred: Certification in business leadership, eLearning software, or adult education and training. At least 4 years of experience as a call center trainer, unless you have a healthcare background, in which case a minimum of 2 years of trainer experience is required. Familiarity with learning management systems (Preferred). Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices (Preferred). Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills (Required). Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills (Required).
