Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.* Co-ordinate across teams to capture and maintain the overall pipeline of integration demands.* Review and document the API or Integration Applications consumption requests.* Create diagrams to model complex scenarios and to articulate requirements* Translate functional and non-functional requirements into high quality user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure they can be effectively developed and tested.* Provide a Concierge function to introduce Integration Assets and key processes/artefacts/requirements/costs, enabling the consumers to navigate the integration landscape at Aurecon.* Facilitate the analysis of API or Integration Applications solution design, ensuring that they have met the business requirements and aligned to the standards as defined by Integration Architects.* Contribute to the delivery and implementation of Integration Applications solution design, bridging between business requirements and technical solutions.* Contribute to the planning, scheduling, and delivery of integrations at Aurecon.* Build long-term, relationships with senior stakeholders. Negotiates to ensure agreement on what will meet their needs.* Lead the technical requirement documentation and management, including capturing, eliciting, analysing and traceability of how requirements are fulfilled.* Facilitate engagement with customers and/or cross-functional teams to raise awareness of key materials/processes/artefacts/standards. Communicate how to leverage the integration platform and assets to deliver required business outcome.* Support the achievement of individual and team KPIs and SLAs.* Anticipating hurdles and have contingency plans to circumvent them.**Technology** **Leadership*** Bring together inputs from business and IT for an enterprise view of upcoming demands and influence delivery of objectives.* Contribute to the skills uplift across the product squad through knowledge sharing and coaching.* Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of delivery and support processes.* Understand key concepts of developing and designing integrations to ensure that the solutions meet industry best practices and standards.* Knowledgeable in API lifecycle management and contribute to the establishment and awareness of its purpose and use cases across the enterprise.**Stakeholder Management*** Engaging with the business and IT stakeholders to address complex business problems through application solutions.* Ensuring clear and effective communication of technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical audience.We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:**Essential skills and experience:*** Extensive experience in requirements management for Integration Applications including facilitating workshops, building templates, documentation and defining standard processes.* Extensive experience in the analysis of Integration demands and business requirements and translate that to an Integration backlog.* Strong technology leadership to positively influence delivery and prioritisation of Integration Applications objectives.* Strong work ethics with high sense of integrity and accountability over the work of the team.* Strong systems thinking with an analytical, creative, and systematic approach to problem-solving.* Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions.* Excellent ability to create high quality functional/technical documentation and technical requirements gathering skills.* Excellent Communication Skills to technical and non-technical audience.* Excellent Stakeholder Management skills and has worked with a diverse set of stakeholders.* Maintains an awareness of developing technologies and their application and takes responsibility for personal development.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related discipline* 4+ years of relevant experience in requirements management for Integration applications* Certification in Snaplogic desirable* Strong experience participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies* Experience in Global Shared Services set up is desiredOur **Aurecon Attributes** define our way of being – they are a collection of qualities that makes us who we are.
