Application Specialist- Philippines
  • Be responsible for the pre-sales, sales and after-sales technical support of research products within a defined territory.
  • Answer customer questions during product use; provide product knowledge and technical training to sales personnel.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and strive to resolve their problems.
  • Stay informed about competitors' activities and gather relevant information about competing products.
  • Participate in the local exhibition and market activity plan in the region.
  • Provide training on products, fault handling, and technical application for customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in medical technology or life science.
  • Fluent in spoken English, proficient in operating computers and daily office software.
  • Ability to interface with customers and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Strong problem-solving and resilience.
