Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings and market needs. Business Development Identify profitable opportunities and provide strategic direction. Research emerging industry trends and direct corporate strategy group. Spearhead territory planning and management; guide Business Development Managers in strategy (account plan, industry study, etc). Negotiation and Closing Position proposals as win-win engagements emphasizing value proposition and ROI. Monitor status of proposals and provide direction to close dependencies. Form strategic partnerships with C-level decision-makers. Process Compliance Identify dependencies and opportunities for process enhancements. Contracts Management Develop strategies to address under-performance and compliance failures. Negotiate variations and seek appropriate authorization. Support continuous improvement through expert engagement and benchmarking. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred. At least 7 years selling relevant IT products and services. Experience aligning sales strategies with senior management. Proven track record of pitching new business and increasing revenue. Leadership experience managing teams; people management skills. Strong knowledge of industry/broad market research. Excellent negotiation, communication, and business acumen.
