Marketing Operations Specialist (Data)

The Marketing Operations Specialist is a highly motivated and detail-oriented database manager responsible for building and managing segmentation and audience list creation for Marketo Email programs. This role demands proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketo, with prior experience in Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer passionate about data, customers, and driving business outcomes, and demonstrates organization and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data quality of contacts in our data warehouse
  • Build and maintain audience segments to support Marketing campaigns
  • Create audience lists for email programs
  • Collaborate with team members on program, email, and database insights
  • Learn or master additional platforms in our Marketing Technology stack
  • Bring high energy and enthusiasm to a rapidly changing environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on SQL query building experience
  • Analytical mindset, curious and data-driven
  • Prior experience in a Marketing team or function
  • Collaborative team player eager to jump in and learn
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Knowledge of Marketo or Salesforce CRM preferred
