Product Support Specialist – Thomson Reuters Apply to join Thomson Reuters as a Product Support Specialist, providing timely product support to customers across a wide range of ONESOURCE products. Responsibilities Provide product support to customers via phone, email, and/or chat, leveraging internal resources in a timely manner across a wide range of ONESOURCE products. Work on cases/tickets according to established departmental practices. Document all interactions following standard operating procedures. Collaborate with other support teams on integration between ONESOURCE products. Improve the quality of the customer experience on a daily basis. Assist other support teams based on need and availability. Participate in training projects and deliver on-demand coaching. About You You're a fit for this role if your background includes: Over 2 years of customer care experience with a strong focus on excellent service and communication. Skilled in critical thinking, time management, and meeting deadlines with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Salesforce, and tax preparation software. Demonstrates strong initiative, self‑management, and adaptability to shifting priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven customer service abilities. Works well independently and collaboratively in team environments. Flexible with work schedules and quick to learn and apply new knowledge. Additional preferred qualifications include: Financial Services and/or accounting industry experience. Experience with tax research software highly beneficial.
