We're looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator & Instructional Designer based in the Philippines (fully remote) to support our client partner in building, delivering, and maintaining learning solutions that drive employee growth and organizational performance. This role combines operational excellence in learning systems administration with creative instructional design to ensure our employees and leaders have access to timely, relevant, and engaging learning opportunities.
As a member of the Human Resources – Learning & Development Team, you'll be responsible for managing audits and reporting, support the administration of learning systems, and design e-learning courses aligned with our annual learning plans, business initiatives, and compliance needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and passionate about creating impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Administration & Audits
- Conduct regular enrollment audits (e.g., bi-monthly new hire/rehire audits) to confirm accurate learner enrollments.
- Manage and resolve L&D-related inquiries, errors, and system issues in Paycom Learning.
- Send bi-monthly past-due learning notifications to leaders.
Instructional Design & Content Development
- Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses using Articulate and other authoring tools.
- Upload, configure, and schedule course releases in Paycom Learning.
- Translate instructor-led or vendor-delivered sessions into engaging e-learning formats.
- Ensure all courses align with organizational values, policies, and compliance requirements.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain weekly L&D tracker and dashboards.
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports on L&D metrics, including participation, completions, and hours.
- Track and compile non-Paycom learning hours (HR-led, client, or operational sessions).
- Summarize insights for internal teams and client account teams.
Communications & Engagement
- Post weekly updates to Beekeeper on upcoming courses, resources, and learning highlights.
- Monitor engagement with L&D communications and Tips, providing monthly analytics reports.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to promote participation in learning programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in learning administration, instructional design, or a related role. (i.e. Any HR, Retail/Corporate Training or Teaching background)
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), preferably Paycom Learning.
- Strong working knowledge of Articulate (or similar e-learning authoring tools).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
