Learning and Development Specialist

A Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The primary responsibility of L&D Specialist is coordinating with internal subject matter experts and addressing logistical issues that may arise, ensuring smooth delivery process of training. L&D Specialist acts as a strategic partner to the business, helping to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth for all employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or instructional design
Proven track record of designing and delivering employee training programmes
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Knowledge of compliance training requirements and workplace safety standards preferred
