Job DescriptionDetailed accountabilities include the following responsibilities:
- Assist with the establishment of an in-house employee training system that addresses the company's training needs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), new employee orientation/onboarding, management and soft skills development, and training impact measurement.
- Announce newly hired employees and conduct new hire training and orientation.
- Conduct office tours for newly onboarded employees.
- Coordinate in-house training and orientation for employees and non-employees as required.
- Manage company training schedules and maintain training records.
- Create and update Training Manual (External & Internal).
- Propose training and development programs and objectives; outsource training courses for leadership, team building, and professional development as needed.
- Develop and monitor spending against the department budget.
- Obtain and/or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media, multimedia visual aids, and presentations.
- Provide performance feedback and promotion advice to management.
- Provide logistical support for course development, delivery, evaluation process, measurements, and cost management.
- Develop and maintain organizational communications (e.g., bulletin boards and newsletters) to inform employees about training and development events and resources.
- Conduct follow-up studies of completed training to evaluate results and document skills acquired; work effectively as a team with HR staff and management.
- Process and create IDs for newly hired employees; propose and create programs & plans for learning & development.
- Draft Learning & Development Policies & Procedures.
- Serve as Safety Officer and assist OH Nurse on OHS functions.
- Support Employee Engagement Programs within the company.
- Perform other related functions assigned by HR Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or any 4-year course in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Business Management.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in various HR functions, in a generalist or specialist role.
Salary: Php 25,000.00 – Php 28,000.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift

- Assess L&D needs across the network and develop appropriate learning solutions to help the organization achieve its goals.
- Develop new learning materials and methodologies aligned with program design and learner needs.
- Facilitate learning sessions based on needs assessment and individual development plans.
- Identify and build productive relationships with external providers and partners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D activities and their impact on achieving organizational goals.
- Take on special employee engagement projects to develop employee competencies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate of B.S. Psychology, B.S. Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Trainer.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal English; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; leadership; passion for L&D; ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
