About the role We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist(s) to join our dynamic team at REGAN INDUSTRIAL SALES INC. As a full-time Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our warehouse operations in Meycauayan Bulacan, Cebu, and/or Davao. This position requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to inventory management. What you'll be doing Manage the assigned warehouse ensuring the efficient and effective preparation and inventory of items. Accurately track and record all incoming and outgoing inventory using our warehouse management system. Conduct regular stock takes and identify any discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed. Assist in the organisation and optimisation of our warehouse layout to improve efficiency. Prepare detailed inventory reports and analytics to support business decision-making. Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures and policies. Collaborate with the wider operations team to identify and implement process improvements. Conduct root‑cause analysis, identify and implement corrective actions to non‑compliant actions concerning the assigned activity, methods, etc. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the items as per safety standards. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar inventory management or warehousing role. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Proficient in using warehouse management and inventory tracking systems. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of stock control practices and supply chain management principles. Graduate of any 4‑year business, computer or related course.
