Job description: The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels. They develop strategies to increase product visibility, drive traffic, and improve online customer experience. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets through online platforms. Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms. Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and attract target clients such as construction companies, hardware stores, and industrial buyers. Monitor and analyze online sales performance and website traffic. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products and sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Track competitors’ activities and industry trends to identify opportunities. Maintain accurate inventory levels across all online platforms. Prepare reports on sales performance, website analytics, and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands relevant to steel products. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. With at least 6 months to 1 year experience. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Basic graphic design skills. Familiarity with warehouse and logistics operations. Experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or sales within the manufacturing or construction industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
