About the Role Location: Calumpit, Bulacan Role Type: Full-time Department: Shared Services Reporting to: Assistant Purchasing and Inventory Manager Work Schedule: 5-day work week The Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring all internal stakeholders are able to record the inventory accurately and on a timely basis and in accordance with the company standards, policies, and procedures. The role also includes consolidation of data and preparation of reports related to inventory management. Other responsibilities include: Reviews and audits inventory reports for packaging materials, semi-finished goods (SFGs), & finished goods (FG) including random checking for accuracy verification. Consolidates all critical inventory reports including out of stock and slow moving items. Recommends and executes inventory process improvement tasks. Prepares and updates policies and procedures. To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications: Has a Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course. At least 2 years of work experience in inventory management in a manufacturing environment . Good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Organizational and time-management skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage. Willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan.
