URGENT #HIRING for Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative
Job Summary: We are looking for a personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Rep. to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding a variety of products and services. You will help increase profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and a consultative approach to selling and client conversion. Location: BGC, Taguig. Company: TATA Consultancy Service.

Schedule: 8 hour shift; Evening, Fixed, Flexible, Late, Night, Overtime, Rotational shifts

Qualifications:
- COLLEGE GRADUATE for any computer course-related (for TSR only) with 12 months (1 year) BPO experience
- COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE, COLLEGE LEVEL, or ASSOCIATE GRADUATE with 24 months (2 years) BPO experience
- Willing to work onsite
- Education: Bachelor's preferred
- Experience: Customer Service Representative: 1 year preferred
- Language: Average English communication skills (preferred)
