The Onboarding Systems team helps troubleshoot problems within the BoldTrail BackOffice platform and assist with configuration and execution of tasks within modules including Agent Onboarding, Transaction Management, Commission Automation, Accounting and Reporting/Analytics.

  • Case Management: Own the resolution of all assigned cases, balance workload, record detailed activities using the internal ticketing system, escalate issues to Product/Engineering, prepare and monitor Jira tickets, collaborate with 3rd party partners, deliver product training sessions.
  • Knowledge: Maintain deep subject matter expertise in Inside Real Estate back office transaction management, commissions and accounting; stay updated with releases; contribute content requests for client-facing Support Site and FAQs.
  • Performance Metrics: 1st Response Time, Case Production, Customer Satisfaction, Call Capture, 1st Call Resolution, Accuracy and Quality of Cases.
  • Skills & Qualifications: Four year technical degree or 2-4 years equivalent experience; accounting concepts and real estate transactions knowledge; SaaS analysis; familiarity with SaaS and enterprise customers; problem solving; customer service judgment; adaptability; strong organizational and time management skills; communication via email, calls, GMeets and chats; self-starter; detail oriented.
  • Additional Information: This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines; stable internet 150 Mbps+; professional home office setup required.
