Job Description

Responsibilities include bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll processing, validating financial statements, and making corrections. Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies. Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations; prepare bank reconciliations. Prepare and input corporate journal entries. Maintain accounting controls by developing policies and procedures. Perform daily sales transactions and reconciliation. What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred
• At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in Retail or Shared Services
• At least 1 year of experience in BIR regulations and compliance
• Knowledge in Inventory, Cost Analysis, Budgeting, Cost Control
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel); experience with accounting software preferred
• Own laptop preferred
• Can start ASAP

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities :

1. Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
2. Preparing financial analyses and reports.
3. Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
4. Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
5. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
6. Assisting with annual audit preparations.
7. Investigating audit findings, account discrepancies, and non-compliance issues.
8. Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns.
9. Contributing to development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
10. Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA strongly preferred
