Position: Digital Marketing Promotions Manager
The Digital Marketing Promotions Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing promotions and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative flair, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of executing successful promotional campaigns.

Main Duties and Responsibilities- Implements and manages digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Creates and manages content for various marketing channels, such as website, blog, social media, and email newsletters
- Plans and organizes promotional events, digital campaigns, and product launches
- Manages marketing budgets and tracking return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities
- Collaborates with internal departments to ensure the marketing activities align with overall business goals
- Monitors and reports the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotions with overall marketing strategies and objectives
- Conducts and analyses market research to identify consumer trends, competitive insights, and promotional opportunities
- Create compelling promotional materials for digital content, banners, advertising collateral, and promotional offers, to engage the target audiences
- Manage promotional budgets, track expenses, and evaluate ROI to ensure effective allocation of resources
- Monitor and analyze promotion performance metrics, such as sales data, website traffic, and customer feedback, to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing promotions to innovate and enhance promotional strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support promotional initiatives and maximize promotional reach and impact
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on promotion effectiveness, key learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns
- At least five (5) years of experience in marketing, with a focus on promotions or campaign management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing promotions that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, present strategies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for storytelling to create compelling promotional content and experiences
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all promotional materials and communications
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
