Marketing Manager in Retail

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and boosting sales across online and physical retail channels. This role is critical in bridging eCommerce initiatives with in-store promotions to deliver a seamless and compelling customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
- Manage and optimize eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop) with a focus on conversion rate improvement, digital merchandising, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with sales, retail operations, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment on promotions, product launches, and branding across all consumer touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, and customer behavior using digital analytics tools to drive continuous optimization and ROI-focused strategies.
- Oversee content strategy and community management for social media channels; build and manage influencer marketing partnerships aligned with brand values and goals.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets, timelines, and reports, ensuring timely execution and strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive digital presence and identify growth opportunities.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion retail or eCommerce industry.
- Proficient in using marketing platforms and tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketplace dashboards.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, online buying journeys, and retail marketing principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Results-driven with a passion for retail and digital trends.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate strategy into compelling campaigns.
- Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
Salary range: 60,000-85,000
