We are seeking a qualified Marketing Assistant (Freelancer) to support the marketing team in implementing effective marketing campaigns and services while providing necessary administrative support for the business. Overview Position : Marketing Assistant, FreelancerLocation : Manila / WFHReports To : Senior Marketing Officer Responsibilities Content Management & Website Operations: Upload blog posts to client websites and update website copy as required; migrate content from existing websites during new website build projects; update Yoast with SEO metadata on client websites; ensure website content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing goals Campaign Coordination & Marketing Support: Set up client EDMs using Campaign Monitor and HubSpot; schedule social media posts, primarily on LinkedIn; coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with clients\' brand guidelines and marketing strategies; set up client webinar infrastructure in CRMs including registration forms, auto confirmations, and reminders; set up basic workflow automations in client CRMs (Campaign Monitor & HubSpot) Creative & Technical Briefs: Write design briefs for social media graphics and marketing materials; write developer briefs for technical requirements from client communications Project Management & Communication: Help Partners oversee the delivery of marketing projects to meet clients\' specifications and expectations; act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration on digital marketing initiatives; collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Data Management & Reporting: Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain databases; generate reports as needed for operational and administrative purposes; assist in maintaining client databases, project documentation, and communication records Essential Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Previous experience in client management and project coordination, preferably in a website development or digital marketing agency Technical Skills Some experience with WordPress Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Screaming Frog Basic knowledge of design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Figma Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console Experience with Email Marketing Platforms (Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, MailChimp) Knowledge of social media platforms for business (Facebook, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn) Understanding of project management software like Asana, Monday, or Trello Knowledge of and ability to work with AI tools including preparing prompts and interrogating data Core Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with website development concepts and digital marketing best practices Understanding of website do\'s and don\'ts Personal Attributes Independence & Initiative Demonstrates initiative and ability to troubleshoot tasks to find solutions Ability to work independently without close supervision Seeks solutions independently and is not reliant on line manager to work through challenging tasks or obstacles Learning & Technical Aptitude Fast learner Technical and intuitive mindset with ability to grasp how to use software and digital platforms effectively Quality & Communication High attention to detail and will not rely on others to identify or correct errors Takes real pride in their work and in satisfying customers Highly responsive and able to communicate openly with colleagues and line managers Why Toro Digital?
