Be part of our growing TEAM We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill the role of SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER. The Sales and Marketing Manager leads the department in achieving the respective annual sales, account persistency, retention and marketing exposure. Ensures that an effective relationship management with clients is in place and consistently implemented. Job Responsibilities Achieve sales targets as assigned and aligned with business goals and objectives. Design and implement renewal sales strategies. Enforce underwriting and actuarial guidelines, along with other company policies related to sales the process. Implement client relations and retention programs. Secure client’s conformity to renewal terms and condition. Ensure the accurate and timely creation of SOB submissions and other documents necessary for the implementation of the health care program. Facilitate or oversee orientation sessions regarding program benefits and limitations for internal and external clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for both external and internal clients. Monitor the timely delivery of primary and secondary deliverables. Recommend approval or disapproval of fees and benefits for non-coverable cases requiring business decisions. Document all phone conversations and verbal agreements through written correspondence. Conduct regular account visits through proper channels and coordinate with brokers or agent for intermediary-handled accounts or those directly managed by ValuCare. Monitor and evaluate performance of the business renewal team. Conduct coaching sessions and recommend applicable training programs for the sales team. Strategically lead research and development initiatives for product and service innovation and improvement, including but not limited to process development or enhancement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent. At least 10 years of solid experience in Sales and Marketing; Must have a background in Healthcare or HMO Industry. With strong people management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical with strong presentation and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Willing to work onsite and be assigned to the Pasig area (in front of Estancia Mall).
