Business Development Manager – Outsourcing Services

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (B2B Corporate Sales) with extensive experience in outbound sales calls, client presentations, and lead generation for an outsourcing company (VAs, Social Media Managers, Designers, Programmers, and Back-Office Support). The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills , be highly organized, work effectively in a team environment, and consistently meet sales quotas and performance targets . Key Duties & Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients seeking outsourcing solutions (VAs, Designers, Developers, SMM, Back-Office Support, etc.). Conduct outbound sales activities including prospecting, email marketing, cold calling, and client presentations to generate qualified leads. Develop customized proposals and quotations aligned with client needs and company capabilities. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team for onboarding. Collaborate with marketing to implement lead generation campaigns and brand positioning strategies. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports using CRM tools. Work closely with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, outsourcing sales, or BPO sales with a strong network of international clients. Expertise in outsourcing/offshoring models and Philippine BPO industry trends. Excellent negotiation, proposal writing, and client relationship management skills. Excellent communication (oral & written) and customer service skills. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
