Compliance Solutions TCOE SBS Client Support Consultant

Serve as a consultant in servicing ADP's products and technologies. Utilize your expertise to support ADP's clients, solving their problems and providing solutions. Work with guidance to resolve issues, with creative solutions reviewed by a Manager or Director. Leverage a deep understanding of ADP's offerings to exceed client expectations and demonstrate the value of our products. Provide feedback and recommendations to ADP leadership regarding best practices and training based on client input and experience. Proven ability to produce positive results is essential.

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of positive results.
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction, preferably in HR, HRIS, or related systems experience.
  • At least 1 year of professional consulting experience or equivalent as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and comfort working in performance-based, structured environments with high ethical standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills, with knowledge of Human Capital systems (HR, Payroll, Tax, etc.).
  • Initiative to seek answers and solutions proactively.
  • Organizational skills to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up promptly.
  • Proficiency with web technologies and familiarity with various operating systems.
  • Successful performance in operational, implementation, or service roles such as Service/Implementation Support Coordinator, Tax Service Coordinator, or Account Executive.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and independently make sound decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of industry tools, analytical skills, and time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
