Job Overview

As a seasoned consultant, you will provide expert support and guidance to clients in utilizing ADP's products and technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to help clients resolve their issues and implement creative solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize their requirements, providing tailored solutions to address their pain points.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of ADP's offerings to deliver exceptional client experiences and demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and credibility through open communication and proactive issue resolution.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction, preferably in HR, HRIS, or related systems experience.
  • Professional consulting experience or equivalent as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively in performance-based environments.
