What You'll Bring: This position requires 5-10 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting industry. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit or analytics consulting is highly desirable. A master's degree or equivalent in management, such as an MBA or MSc, is also preferred. High computer literacy and programming experience are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is necessary. Experience with statistical software like SAS, R, or Python is preferred. Proficiency: Financial modeling, benchmarking, quantitative skills, statistical programming, credit and analytics consulting knowledge, and understanding of banking & financial industry challenges. Experience in launching or selling solutions is a plus. Organization & Planning: Experience managing complex consulting projects, making tough decisions, and handling change effectively. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential. Challenger Mindset: Initiative-taking, fact-based communication, tenacity, and persistence. Communication: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and deliver engaging PowerPoint presentations. Manage stakeholder relationships, with banking experience, analytical expertise, and AI/ML knowledge. Handle end-to-end project management with strong communication and business understanding.
