Overview S&P Global – Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Join to apply for the Specialist, Collections role at S&P Global . Location: Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Posted date: (example). This role is part of the Credit and Collections team, responsible for the collection of all accounts receivable and ensuring delinquent accounts are resolved to improve cash flow. Responsibilities Follow-up with clients via calls and emails for payments of overdue invoices. Enforce policies related to payment, cancellation, and suspension/termination of customer services. Own customer disputes through to resolution; respond promptly to customer and internal inquiries. Perform account reconciliations and maintain internal controls and published processes. Escalate debt issues to the account manager and line manager as needed. Collaborate with order management, customer service, cash applications, and sales management to resolve queries and disputes in a timely manner. Provide general customer service regarding refunds, payment forms, discrepancies, tax forms, statements, and payment histories. Maintain customer contact information and participate in account reviews and notes for stakeholders. Assist in mutual support and knowledge sharing within the global Credit and Collections team. Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of experience in a B2B collections environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities; commitment to excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail and goal orientation. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred). Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, or HighRadius in AR environment is a plus. Work Requirements Working shift: 3pm–12am PH Time. Hybrid setup with 2x onsite per week (Thursdays and Fridays); may change based on business needs. Office site: Ortigas East, Pasig (Tiendesitas).
