Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Collections Specialist who will be responsible for managing accounts receivable of the company and collecting timely payment from customers.

Scope of Work

  • Follow up on payment of overdue accounts from customers
  • Regularly reviews customers' accounts, adhering to the agreed credit limit and credit term
  • Resolves discrepancies and ensures accurate account balances for each customer
  • Works with sales and customer service teams and gives regular updates on customers' credit balances and concerns
  • Promptly prepares and sends billing documents to the proper department of clients
  • Record payment in the correct invoice in the system
  • Coordinates the collection schedule with clear instructions to the collectors

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Computer literate, knowledgeable with MS Office and Excel
  • Good at Math and Detail-oriented
  • With good written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • With a Pleasing personality
  • Organized, Trustworthy, Problem-Solver
