Role Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help expand our company’s brand presence and generate qualified leads. As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting our high-performance polyurethane (PU) roofing systems and cold storage solutions to contractors, developers, architects, and building owners. You’ll report to our office in Plaridel, Bulacan. You will also have a unique learning opportunity under the executive team, gaining valuable insights such as industry knowledge, marketing strategy, executive decision‑making, and long‑term brand development. To learn more about our company, visit our pages: Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote PU roofing and cold storage systems Identify new market opportunities through research and competitor analysis Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and events Create marketing materials and content that communicate product value and benefits Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and partners Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, roofing, building materials, or industrial products Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management Strong verbal and written communication skills Creative mindset with excellent organizational and analytical abilities What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company Mentorship and training from the executive team #J-18808-Ljbffr
