JOB SUMMARY: The Field Marketing Specialist conducts on-ground research and trade visits to generate competitive insights on the market place, as well as support both marketing and sales teams in the recommendation, implementation and monitoring of trade initiatives. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Conduct on-ground market research activitiesReport and document a timeline of competitive activities, including but not limited to new market player, new product offer, pricing change and promotional activities. Identify and recommend opportunities for business growth via potential incremental placements in new outlets, offtake push, merchandising and promotional activities both at trade and end-user level, among others. Gather and analyze consumer and customer behavior data and provide summary reports. > Creation, implementation, and monitoring of on-ground promotional activities, including submission of post-mortem reports and documentations. Recommendation and coordination on the best practices as observed in trade regarding promotions and merchandising initiatives, including but not limited to size, language and design specifications of Point-Of-Sale materials. Compliance requirements:Ensures all regulatory requirements with government agencies for product registrations are monitored. Keeps record/ master lists updated of all Vitarich products. Ensures timely submission of requirements and other documents to compliance. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of any 4-year course. Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical skills and goal-oriented attitude. Team Player, and must show willingness to learn.
