Business Development Specialist for Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes (HORECA/HRI) - Fixed Term Contract Unilever is looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive end‑to‑end account acquisition in the HORECA sector. This fixed‑term contract will support new store openings, onboarding, and channel operations across the NCR area. Role Title Business Development Specialist for Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes (HORECA/HRI) - Fixed Term Contract Location NCR-Based, Field role Context & Main Purpose of Job The job holder will be responsible for end‑to‑end account acquisition (sell‑in, onboarding, deployment, turnover to HORECA KCEs and KAMs). Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas Open new HORECA stores in the designated area through cold calls and field scouting. Present Selecta HORECA sell‑in deck to prospective new accounts. Conduct onboarding of new accounts via document validation and processing. Ensure proper onboarding of accounts on the Selecta supplier platform. Oversee newly acquired accounts during the incubation period and ensure order‑to‑cash process. Operationalize customer and channel‑specific plans. Process freezer requests and deployment for new accounts. Determine channel tagging for new accounts and ensure proper deployment of assortment specific to the account type. Determine appropriate servicing type for an account based on channel tagging. Handle ad‑hoc requests from new accounts before store opening. Work closely with the HORECA Business Development Lead. Ensure proper turnover of accounts after incubation to KCE and KAM. Provide weekly hitlist of new prospect HORECA stores to open and activate. Qualifications Open to fresh graduates of business related courses. Mid‑career professionals with experience in business operations management. Willing to perform heavy field work in the assigned area and/or nearby provinces. Data‑driven mindset; networking and influencing; leadership; collaboration; brilliant execution; communication and presentation; entrepreneurial mindset. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
