Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and business continuity. Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for logistics, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to understand logistics requirements and align procurement activities accordingly. Identify and evaluate potential logistics service providers, conduct market research, and maintain a reliable supplier database. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure favorable terms, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards. Monitor and manage supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with key logistics partners and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence. Analyze logistics procurement data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on packing materials and logistics in the FMCG sector. Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficient in procurement software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in procurement.
