The Cluster Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and overall guest satisfaction of multiple hotel properties within the cluster. This role ensures each hotel meets its revenue goals, maintains operational excellence, and adheres to brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Supervise and support the General Managers or department heads across all hotels in the cluster.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with brand and company policies.

2. Financial Performance

  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts for all cluster properties.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective yield and cost management.
  • Review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

3. Sales & Marketing

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize room and event bookings.
  • Develop and execute cluster-level sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Maintain relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, and online partners.

4. Guest Experience & Quality Control

  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service across all hotels.
  • Review guest feedback and address service or operational issues promptly.
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

5. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor property managers and staff across all hotels.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Manage audits, inspections, and risk assessments for each property.
  • Oversee crisis management and emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hotel management experience, preferably managing multiple properties.
  • Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and hotel software.

Regional Director of Operations or Area General Manager

Work Location:

To oversee operations of a chain of 3-star hotels located across Manila and Cebu.

Pay: Php40, Php80,000.00 per month
