Job Title : Village Manager Location : San Juan, Batangas, PhilippinesProperty Type : Horizontal Residential Subdivision (Gated Community)Employment Type : Full‑Time Job Summary The Village Manager is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, administration, maintenance, security, and resident relations of a horizontal residential community in San Juan, Batangas. This role ensures the village runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable local regulations, while delivering excellent service to residents and homeowners. Key Responsibilities 1. Property Operations & Maintenance Manage the upkeep of common areas (clubhouse, parks, roads, drainage, streetlights, etc.) Supervise maintenance staff, janitors, landscapers, and external contractors Ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance of all village facilities 2. Administrative & Financial Management Assist in preparing and managing the village’s annual budget Monitor collection of association dues and other fees Prepare monthly reports on finances, operations, and incidents Ensure compliance with HLURB/HSAC and LGU regulations 3. Security & Safety Oversee the implementation of security protocols Coordinate with security service providers and barangay/town authorities Respond to and document emergencies, incidents, and complaints 4. Resident & Community Relations Act as the main point of contact for homeowners and tenants Facilitate the resolution of resident complaints and concerns professionally Organize village events, meetings, and general assemblies Promote community engagement and adherence to subdivision rules and regulations 5. Regulatory Compliance Ensure proper documentation of permits, licenses, and association records Enforce village policies and deed restrictions Coordinate with developers, government agencies, and utility providers as needed Qualifications Graduate of any 4‑year course (preferably in Business Administration, Property Management, or Engineering) At least 2–5 years of experience in property or village management Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of property management best practices, LGU processes, and subdivision operations Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation Willing to work on‑site in San Juan, Batangas Preferred Qualifications Experience handling residential communities or subdivision homeowners’ associations Background in facilities maintenance, community development, or customer service Familiar with HLURB/HSAC regulations and compliance requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
