Property Engineer

JOB SUMMARY The Village Engineer Supervisor provides shared engineering services across multiple villages within the development. This role oversees the planning, maintenance, and improvement of infrastructure, supervising projects and coordinating with contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Managing a team of technicians, the supervisor ensures efficient delivery of engineering services that support the operation and safety of all villages. Infrastructure Management Project Supervision Budget and Resource Management Compliance and Safety Vendor and Service Provider Management Problem-Solving and Emergency Response JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineering license preferred. 3+ years of experience in engineering supervision, preferably in property or village management. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and infrastructure maintenance.
