Overview Join to apply for the CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST role at Linkage Web Development (Onsite- Angeles City- Night Shift) We are looking for a Client-Facing Account Support Specialist to assist US based customers with account related concerns, including Billing, service questions and retention support. Responsibilities Support US-based clients via email and phone calls/Zoom calls Assist with account-related tasks including billing follow ups, service updates and customer concerns Respond to inquiries with professional English communication Help monitor client satisfaction, escalate concerns and assist with retention outreach Use tools like CRM, Google Sheets, QuickBooks/Xero to manage account records Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed on time Qualifications Have 1 year experience in customer support, account coordination, or back office operations Fluent in English, especially in client communication Confident working with US clients or international accounts Tech-savvy; comfortable with tools like CRM, QuickBooks or Google Spreadsheets Proactive, professional and organized Bonus Bonus (not required): Experience in billing, invoicing or AR follow ups is a PLUS Compensation Package Starting salary up to 35,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Attendance Bonus: Monthly bonus for perfect attendance Quarterly Performance Bonus: Additional reward for consistently exceeding target APPLY VIA THIS FORM HERE: YOU CAN ALSO SEND RESUME TO: : Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
