We have been providing a wide range of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering consultancy services since 2007.

Our engineering expertise reaches across all sectors of the construction industry, providing pragmatic and practical design solutions to ensure our projects are spatially and operationally efficient. Our design process fully considers the installation and maintenance practicalities on site.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Structural Revit / CAD Designer, ideally with three (3) years of technical experience specialising in Building Information Modelling (BIM). Experience in creating high-quality drawings and 2D/3D models using AutoCAD and Revit software based on BIM standards is required.

Responsibilities
  • Providing support to engineering staff via the production/modification of drawings
  • Working under minimal supervision with defined areas of responsibility
  • Checking the quality and accuracy of own and others’ work
  • Meeting agreed deadlines
  • Opening and checking drawings received from Manila for accuracy
  • Making modifications where required prior to printing onto A3 paper
  • Liaising with other members of the design team for drawing modifications
  • Preparing drawings from scratch when necessary
  • Document control and filing
  • Taking responsibility for discrete areas of systems co-ordination as delegated by senior engineering staff
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of technical experience specialising in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and creating high-quality drawings and 2D/3D models using AutoCAD and Revit software based on BIM standards
  • Knowledge of CAD (either via degree, relevant course, or prior practical experience) including layering, x-refs, paper space, and model space conventions
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s/College degree holder of any related course or relevant short course/certificate
