Revit Modelers (Civils and Structural): Experienced Operator required.
Responsibilities:
o As-built drawings production following Client redline mark-ups using AutoCAD & Revit
o CAD update and conversion of current drawings into an As-built set
o PDF printing of completed drawings into the required print settings
Requirements:
o Proficient with Autodesk range of products including AutoCAD & Revit
o Ability to work within BIM360
o Proven ability to use Autodesk Navisworks/Navigator
o Experience with 12D software is an advantage
o Team player with design coordination experience
o Ability to work with and manage client expectations
o English language proficiency essential (International clients)
o Strong portfolio of past projects
o Civil Engineering graduate
Workplace
o Forsspac operates on a hybrid working setup
o Hours of work are fully flexible, must complete 44 hours a week
o Main office has desks that can be booked
Remuneration (Per month)
o Salary depending on skill level
o Beverage allowance Php 500
o Internet allowance Php1,500
o Electricity allowance Php1,500
