Your Role:

As a Structural Drafter, you will:

  • Perform general Revit modeling and drafting for building structure projects, supporting teams from Australia, the UK, and New Zealand
  • Draft marked-up drawings and prepare drawing sets for submission
  • Check and manage drawing sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company drafting standards
  • Work within Autodesk BIM360 and other cloud-based platforms
  • Collaborate with the local drafting team lead and international counterparts

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • At least 4 years of Revit experience and structural drafting expertise
  • Working knowledge of Revit families and drawing templates
  • Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
  • Experience in technical drafting for structural engineering projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Willingness to work dayshift aligned with AU/NZ time zones

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Experience working in an engineering consultancy
  • Familiarity with Dynamo (an advantage but not required)
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and quality-driven
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility in assigned tasks
