In this role, your mission is to deliver world-class CAD & BIM designs. You will make a direct impact by:

• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and MEP/FP/IT design teams to produce fully aligned, interdisciplinary plans.
• Using AutoCAD and Revit to create construction drawings, BIM models, and documentation packages.
• Developing and maintaining Revit/BIM standards, protocols, and execution processes.
• Modifying architectural CAD/BIM files for MEP integration (clean-up, audit, troubleshooting).
• Creating and maintaining Revit families for projects.
• Preparing project packages for client submissions.
• Mentoring colleagues to strengthen collaboration and technical skills.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• Associate’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Computer-Aided Drafting, or a related program.
• At least 2 years of AutoCAD and Revit/BIM experience.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CAD and Revit workflows, BIM protocols, and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of interdisciplinary coordination.

Non-Negotiables

• Night shift availability (9 PM–6 AM PH Time)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in MEP/FP engineering design or consultancy.
• Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively in fast-paced environments.
