Sales Technical Specialist

Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients within the food and beverage industry. Identify client needs and recommend suitable technical solutions, ingredients, or products to enhance their food formulations or processes. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials for clients. Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to customize solutions according to client requirements. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the food industry sector. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and technical issues. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the food industry. Strong technical knowledge of food formulation, applications, and processing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Client-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
