We are seeking an experienced Tekla Drafter to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee the accuracy and quality of structural steel drafting works, ensuring that all drawings and models are compliant, constructible, and delivered to the highest standards. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to guarantee seamless project execution and alignment with Australian standards. What You'll Do: Prepare and review structural steel shop drawings and 3D models using Tekla Structures Ensure the accuracy, detail, and quality control of drafting works produced by local and international teams Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify RFIs and technical specifications Oversee compliance with Australian Standards and project requirements across all deliverables Provide technical guidance to drafting staff, ensuring drawings are constructible and fabrication-ready Coordinate with fabrication and construction teams to resolve drafting and detailing issues Maintain drafting schedules to support smooth and timely project delivery Contribute to the improvement of drafting workflows and documentation standards What You Bring: Has at least 5 years of experience as a Structural Drafter, Steel Detailer, or in a similar role Possesses strong expertise in Tekla Structures (essential) Has in-depth knowledge of structural steel drafting principles and detailing processes Demonstrates proven experience preparing shop drawings and structural steel documentation Has exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in drawings Communicates and collaborates effectively across engineering, drafting, and project management teams Is passionate about delivering high-quality engineering and drafting solutions Why You'll Love Working Here: HMO, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and one free dependent from day one (with the option to enroll additional dependents) Paid Leaves: Birthday, Vacation, Medical, and Maternity (up to 6 Vacation Leaves are convertible to cash on your anniversary) Employee Engagement Activities: Year-End Party, Family Day, Team Building, and more Let's Talk: If you're thinking "this sounds like me" - it probably is.
